Out of Africa

Class: Year 1 Foxes Year: 2018 - 2019

In Year One, we have started our new topc 'Out of Africa'.

We have worked in teams to find the seven continents on the large world map and then made a map of Africa using cooked green spaghetti!
The Chester Zoo Rangers came to visit Year One and talked to us about animals that live in Africa.
On Wednesday, we enjoyed tasting Malva a sweet pudding from South Africa.
We all had great fun in our desert inspired yoga session!

We are looking forward to continuing our African Adventure!
