Leavers' Service Final Details

Dear Parents,

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Leavers’ Service this Thursday. Please find below the final arrangements for the day:

• Arrival: Doors will open at 1:40 PM to allow everyone to be seated before the 1:45 PM Please come through the main school office.
• Attendance: Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only two adults per child

Picnic & Rounders Game:
Weather permitting, we hope to enjoy the party picnic on the school field following the service. Please feel free to bring along blankets or camping chairs, which can be left in the studio hall during the performance.

After the picnic, we’ll be holding a game of children vs parents rounders. If you would like to take part, please wear or bring suitable footwear to change into. (The Year 6’s take it very seriously!)

Food Contributions:
A big thank you to those who have already signed up to bring food. Please ensure your child brings the food on the day unless it can be safely stored in a classroom cupboard beforehand. If you have not yet signed up and would like to contribute, the online sign-up document is still available - the link was sent out via text. Any food which is left over, will be stored and used on Friday for the children to enjoy with their reception buddy at a Buddies Picnic.

Photos for the Service:
If you would like your child’s baby photo included in the service and haven’t yet sent it in, please email to school by midday tomorrow at the latest.
