Class: Year 2 Hedgehogs Year: 2016 - 2017

The year 2 pupils have been busy in class this week. In maths they have been learning their mental calculations using practical apparatus. This is part of our CPA approach. This is concrete materials, pictorial and then moving onto abstract.

In literacy, the pupils have started their new book as a hook - Toys in Space. They have started by writing setting descriptions.
