Parent View

Parent View gives you the chance to tell us what you think about your child’s school.

Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of our school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour.  A screencast demonstrating how to register and complete a survey on Parent View is available on the How to use Parent View page.

By sharing your views, you’ll be helping us to improve our school. You will also be able to see what other parents have said about our school. Or, if you want to, view the results for any school in England.

Parents should also be aware that comments from Parent View are taken into consideration when deciding which schools to inspect.

As a school, we also do paper based questionnaires at Parents' Evenings in Spring. Year 6 parents also have exit questionnaires. These results are analysed and shared on this web page below and with Governors, to help in the strategic planning of the school.

Our Recent Parent Questionnaire (December 2023) can be downloaded below. Many thanks to those parents who took the trouble to complete one. A whopping 58 of you contributed this time.  We were pleased to see 98.3% of parents felt their child was well looked after with 64.4% strongly agreeing. And 94.9% of parents felt their child was taught well with 62.7% strongly agreeing. 96.6% of parents also felt their child makes good progress with 55.9% strongly agreeing.

In our latest questionnaire, 93.2% of parents would be happy to recommend the school, with 62.7% strongly agreeing.

One parent commented that, "My child continues to thrive, making good progress and generally doing well in all aspects of school. His love of learning and happiness is repeated everyday and he never fails to amaze us with his growing knowledge. Huge credit to the teachers and all those involved – thank you!"
