World Book Day 2014

The whole school had a wonderful day celebrating and reading books. In assembly, every child stood up and showed their book cover - can your spot your child?!

In addition to all of the activities going on in classes, we ran a 'Drop Everything and Read' challenge. Everytime the children heard a bell ring, they had to 'drop everything' and read their book. This lead to much fun from the teachers who rang the bell at every opportunity - no matter how inconvenient! Have a look at images to see where we had to 'Drop Everything and Read'!
