Our trip to New Brighton

Lesson: History

Class: Year 1 Foxes Year: 2018 - 2019

The children spent the morning on New Brighton beach playing in the sand with friends. They also worked in small groups to try and identify resort features. They soon realised that  the tower and large aquatic pool and pier were no longer there.
 

W then headed along the promenade for a swashbuckling adventure. As we arrived at the Black Pearl Ship the children were excited to see pirates. For the next hour the children explored the ship, hunted for treasure and had a tug war.  
The children were an absolute credit and a pleasure to take out. Thank u to all the parents for helping on the trip.
