Phonic Screening

Ideas for games:
- Make their own alien words using the sounds they have covered.
- Snap using flash cards or words they have thought of.
- Post-its hidden around the room or garden, they run to find the word.
- How many words can you think of with a particular sound.
- Flash cards on the floor the children say them before jumping over them.
- Splat, write words on a piece of paper, children have to splat the word (with their hand or fly swat) when you say it.
