Covid-19 Mental Health Support

Shielding and self-isolating are language that is now becoming the new "norm". It can allow us to do those things we have always been meaning to do, the pace of living to slow down with time to relax and of course to spendquality time with your immediate family. And to keep in contact with loved ones and friends we have Skype, Facetime and no one had even heard of Zoom!

However, as this pandemic grows and lockdowns continue, it can be a cause of huge concern and anxiety, leading to difficulties with our mental health and well-being.

On this page, you can find useful web links and resources that will help the whole family to stay happy and healthy during these strange and difficult times.

There is a new mental health helpline for the local area, which is available 24/7 for people of all ages. The contact numbers is:  0300 303 3972
