Rounders Champions

On Tuesday afternoon, Mr Bond had the difficult task of defending our rounders crown from last year. This was an all Year 6 affair and the children were keen to retain the trophy.

The format was a mini league where each team played each once. Each game had its own challenges and the Farndon team played magnificantly well.

Farndon  4.5      Bickerton  3

Farndon 7.5      Tushingham 4.5

Farndon 9.5      Malpas 2

Farndon 8.5      Tilston 2

The children did so well and managed to win all their games and bring the trophy back home to our cabinet in the front entrance. A big thank you to Mrs Higley for preparing the children so well and helping them on the road to victory.
