Intra House Rugby

This afternoon, we held this half term's Intra House Rugby tournament. It is part of our yearly programme to ensure that as many children as possible participate in competitve sport, whether that be in their House or against other schools.

This year, there will be an intra house competition every half term. Each House will earn points depending on how well they do. These points will then be added to the sports day scores to find the winning house for sport that year.

There were some incredible matches and the Year 3 and 4 matches couldn't have been tigher. Beech came out as narrow winners but only on tries scored. Willow finished with the same points in second. Sycamore came third with 5 points and Maple scored 3 points.

In the Upper Juniors, Beech also triumphed, once again pipping Willow. Maple came third with Sycamore fourth. A big thank you to our Sports Ambassadors who worked hard to plan and put on the event - Juliette and Nerys in Year 6. Next term, it is netball and football.
