Guitar Performance

All the children who receive Guitar lessons in school had the chance today to perform to the whole school and their Parents. Their teacher, Mr Lunt, has worked with them throughout the term and helped to prepare them for this perforamnce. They play popular songs such as the Pharrell Williams song - happy, then followed by Stand by me and a song from the popular film Big starring Tom Hanks.

We were also treated to a solo performance from Henry in Year 2 who played a song from the White Stripes. It was a great way to the end the week and a fantastic opportunity to showcase the wonderful musicians we have at Farndon.
