Knights pay Reception a visit

Class: Ladybirds Year: 2018 - 2019

Reception pupils have been really enjoying their topic on castles and dragons. Not only has a dragon paid a visit to our school field, but they have also had a visit from a couple of knights ( well Maria's parents to be exact ). 

They came in to see the class and share with them their passion for everything surrounding medieval knights. The children were utterly fascinated to learn all about what they wore and the different weapons they used. They were amazed how heavy the chain mail was!
