Year 6 have been working so hard since returning to school!

We have been doing some incredible work based on our whole school text 'If I built a house...' and our whole school STEM weeks! 

We have conducted fantastic science investigations under the guidance of actual scientist Anna Higley on behalf of her science company Croda and have written some beautiful House Adverts for our ideal houses that we have designed! 

In DT we have had a go at using different cardboard attachments and techniques to create our own small scale model houses too and in Maths we focussed on designing our ideal gardens, and calculating the resources we would need to achieve our goal within our £500 budget! We were even able to input our data onto spreadsheets in our efforts to become landscape gardeners and interior designers!
